1. Place orders for purchase or rental through the Order Submission Template, embedded in every page of our collection.
2. An Order Confirmation together with details for payment will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.
3. Shipping or Self-Collection (for rental) details will be sent to you once payment is received.
1. Price listed is inclusive of Free Shipping by Registered Mail in Singapore only.
2. For international customers, please enquire via email for additional international shipping rates.

6. Please note that all items sold are non-refundable/exchangeable except for manufacturing defects or cases where the incorrect item is shipped.

2. Rental period - 5 days from date of collection.
3. Rental deposit - SGD 20 to SGD 300 applicable, which will be refunded upon return of rented item. *See our rental policies.
4. Shipping/Mailing service is NOT available for rental. We only recommend Self-Collection and Return.

Rental policies
1. Rental cost is to be paid upon order confirmation.
2. Refundable rental deposit to be paid upon collection.
3. Item(s) are to be returned within 5 days from date of collection, otherwise additional charges will be incurred.
4. We seek your kind understanding to exercise due care in ensuring the item(s) are returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accompanying accessories (if applicable). Should the Item(s) returned be found damaged or not in its original condition, a fee subjected to the sole discretion of indivi chic, would be deducted from the refundable deposit.
5. Damages are not limited to:
- Tears
- Stains from makeup, grease, food or discolorations
- Missing accessories
1. For local Singapore orders: via Bank transfer (POSB/DBS or UOB)
2. For international orders: via Paypal.
